About Alice:
Alice is an Umbrella security covert operative placed at the mansion to protect the Hive's emergency entrance. Alice is married to Spence Parks, however, their marriage is revealed to be a fake, in order to cover the operation's secrecy. Before this, she used to be Leon S. Kennedy's girlfriend before he left for Raccoon City.
In the 2002 film Resident Evil, Alice suffers from amnesia which was caused by a nerve gas released in the mansion after a viral outbreak at the Hive. Gradually, throughout the film, she recovers her memory; however, One fills her in on her true identity when they reach the Hive. One informs Alice's memory loss was caused when a nerve gas was released into the house by its primary defenses which were activated by the Red Queen.
